What made our experience even better was our amazing server, Sara! From the moment we sat down, she brought such a positive and fun vibe. She made us feel welcome, took the time to chat, and made sure everything was perfect. Her service was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time there. “ Went for mother's Day brunch and it was refreshing to see the quality and service come through on the busiest day of the year. We ordered the crab cake Benny and the shrimp toast. Both looked great and taste phenomenal. Would definitely go back to try other menu selections. ”

“ Marissa is an amazing staff that any restaurants could ask for. She made our dining experience exceptional and went above and beyond with her sweet heart. Marissa is very attentive and listens very well to what her customers ask for. She even made the vibe very fun and exciting by sharing her own stories. My friend accidentally spilt a bottle glass over our table and the seat but Marissa promptly took care of the situation and even moved our seats to a different table. I highly recommend this Earl's location only because of Marissa. Food can be great and atmostphere can be nice, but service is something you cannot choose to have and she delivered everything perfectly. Someone like Marissa deserves a recognition. “ Adam was quick, friendly, attentive. The hater was great... only down side is... for the number of patio seating, they only had 2 blankets apparently and they were taken. It was very cold when the sun went down. ”

“ Delicious food and drinks! My husband and I were at Brentwood and last minute decided to eat at Earls. We were quickly seated which means a lot when you have small children. The hostess kindly set up a booster seat for our baby and before our hostess was able to walk away, our server greeted us with a warm welcome and great energy. We asked if we could immediately order food for our kids as many of us know how challenging it can be dining with kids. The food arrived so quickly which is a huge win for us parents! My husband and I ordered the Santa Fe Salad and BC burger. It was just what we were craving and it was perfect. I had the red sangria and it was so refreshing. The server was also so attentive that she always refilled our waters and son’s drink before it was completely empty. We felt well cared for and stress free during our dining experience all due to how quickly everything came out and the attentiveness from the staff. We were able to dine in and out before our kids reached the level of chaos. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. ”

“ 5 stars Beautiful weather today, and after a long walk with my dog around Brentwood Mall, I stumbled upon Earls. I had seen their Happy Hour menu online and decided to give it a try—so glad I did! We sat outside near the big fountain; the atmosphere was lively and relaxing. The server was super friendly, attentive, and brought me a big pitcher of water right away. I ordered the crispy shrimp, tuna sushi tacos, and chicken lettuce wrap. The food came quickly and everything tasted amazing. The shrimp was perfectly fried—crispy, light, and melted in my mouth. The rice underneath was also cooked just right. Honestly, the quality rivals some top Japanese restaurants. The chicken lettuce wrap was just as good as I remembered from my last visit—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, a great place to relax, enjoy good food, and catch up with friends. “ We booked our time and table through open table. From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us, upon entering the earls, we loved how modern and clean the style and layout was. We sat down, met our server Luka, who was very outgoing, brought water right away when he greeted us, gave some recommendations, he came by often to check in on us, other staff brought us more water and helped to clear plates. The staff was all friendly and very attentive. We recommend this location and will be back soon! ”
